Henry Jenkins Interview At GameSetWatch

Posted on Tuesday 6 June 2006

I’ve had a lot of people contacting me lately asking why I’m not doing interviews anymore. Well, I am, just not for Little Mathletics - they’ll now be appearing at GameSetWatch, which is great, because I’ve always loved what Simon and co. are doing over there. I’m tempted to gush more, but I think I’ll leave that for another time.

Point of story is that the first one is up now - it’s a monster interview with the Director of the Comparative Media Studies Program and Full Professor of Literature at MIT, Henry Jenkins. I won’t spoil the fun of reading what was originally a 4,740 word, 8 page Word document, but I will say that it was an absolute honour to talk to Henry, whose work on gaming is nothing short of pioneering. Again, I should probably stop short of gushing, but it really is a great read.
