Top ten lists are a funny thing. They’re so popular, and people are demonstrably eager to link to them and read them, which is great if you’re a webmaster, or something like that. But there’s this stigma attached to them by writers, like they’re somehow less worthy of note than a regular article. Me, I don’t tend to read them much, but they’re kinda fun to write. Also, they pay the bills.
There’s one I wrote for Gameworld Network up now called 10 Reasons Not to Sell Your PS2 Just Yet - and before you ask, all the reasons are games, not the fact that you have no chance in hell of getting a hold of its successor come launch time. Mostly, I’m actually rather nervous about writing lists, because I can’t shake the feeling that something is going to be left out. I’m pretty certain these are the hottest games coming up for the PS2 though. Almost positive. Almost.
Hopefully, this will also function as something of a silencer for anyone who thinks I’ve been particularly anti-Sony lately - I’ve got a PS2, and I like it! There’s games I look forward to for it!
